Denise Richards Bio

Denise Richards was born February 17th, 1971. She is an American actress, model, and television personality. Her most well-known roles include Carmen Ibanez in Starship Troopers (1997), Kelly Van Ryan in Wild Things (1998) and Bond girl Christmas Jones in The World Is Not Enough (1999). She has also appeared in films Drop Dead Gorgeous (1999), Valentine (2001), Undercover Brother (2002), Scary Movie 3 (2003), Love Actually (2003) as well as Madea's Witness Protection (2012). Her television credits include the sitcom of Paramount Network Blue Mountain State (2010-11) as well as ABC Family's mystery thriller series Twisted (2013-14) and CBS' soap show The Bold and the Beautiful (2019-present). Richards was the main character on the E! Richards was a guest on the E! reality show Denise Richards It's Complicated (2008)-09 and Bravo's reality TV series The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (2015) from 2019-20. Richards memoir The Real Girl Next Door was published in the year 2011. It was a New York Times bestseller. Richards was the daughter of Joni (nee Braden), the Illinois coffee shop owner as well as Irv Richards who was an engineer for telephones. Her father was Reichert. Her mother passed away from cancer in November of 2007. Richards is of German and French heritage. Richards has a younger sister named Michelle. She was raised in Downers Grove, Illinois and Mokena (Illinois). As a child she was the "only girl on the team".
