Natalie Dormer was born on 11 February 1982. She is an English actress. Her accolades include winning an Empire Award, and receiving nominations for the Critics' Choice Award, two Gemini Awards and two Screen Actors Guild Awards. Her birthplace was in Reading, Berkshire, Dormer had her breakthrough playing the character of Anne Boleyn for the Showtime series The Tudors (2007-08), that earned her acclaim across the board. Her stage debut was in the stage play Sweet Nothings (2010) and she played the Duchess York in Madonna's movie W.E. (2011) and Private Lorraine in Captain America: The First Avenger (2011). The Young Vic praised her performance in After Miss Julie (2012). Dormer was praised internationally and received recognition for her performances in the roles of Margaery Tyrell (2012-2016 on HBO) and Cressida (2014-2015 on The Hunger Games), of which are among her top-rated films.
